Registered agent. Yes. A Nevada entity must keep a registered agent at an actual physical address in Nevada; a mail drop or mail forwarder is not allowed unless it is the agent.
Owner privacy. No. Nevada LLC filings name the managers or managing members in the initial and annual lists, and the Secretary of State shows online management names listed through the portal.
State taxes and fees. Nevada has no corporate income tax and no personal income tax. A Commerce Tax applies only to businesses with more than $4,000,000 of Nevada gross revenue in a year.

Know before you choose
- The $75 LLC articles fee is only one of three required formation fees; the initial list and state business license are due with it.
- Nevada LLC filings name managers or managing members, so owner names may be public through the manager list.
- The LLC fee schedule PDF is headed 'Effective 7-1-08' and was last revised 12/12/2022 per its footer; the annual list and licence instructions are revised 7/1/2026.
- The LLC articles fee of $75 is also stated in NRS 86.561; the Nevada Legislature's site was not read in full.
- Missing the annual list puts the entity in default, with penalties, and can lead to charter revocation.
