Know before you choose

  • A 2025 third-party comparison (incorpuk.com) quoted GBP 149.99 with a GBP 50 fee. That is out of date: the own page now shows GBP 199.99 including a GBP 100 fee.
  • The first confirmation statement filing is in the package, but the Companies House fee for it (GBP 50 per Digital package page) may be charged separately. Not stated on the non-resident page.
