International Free Zone Authority
Dubai free zone based at Dubai Silicon Oasis that sells licences through a network of professional partners.
Packages
Year-1 prices as published. The agency confirms the final price.
What each residence visa adds
Fees on top of the licence, as the zone publishes them. "Per visa" is paid for each person, "per company" once.
Renewal
The licence
Office. Agency pages say a flexi desk is included in 0 to 3 visa packages and a physical office is needed beyond that.
Activities. Services, Trading. Price list covers Commercial (trading) and Professional (service and consultancy) licences. Agency pages say 3 activities included and up to 7 per licence.
Bank account. No IFZA statement found. An agency page lists Wio and Mashreq as partner banks; no fee stated.
Side by side
Know before you choose
- IFZA publishes no prices on ifza.com. All figures here are agency quotes.
- The package prices come from an IFZA-branded price list dated September 2024, hosted by an agency (Arnifi). An agency page (makca.co, 1 Aug 2026) shows identical figures and calls them IFZA's July 2026 list; that was not verified.
- Agency all-in totals such as 20,650 for 1 visa are sums of licence, card and visa. We do not use them.
- The 'visa free for life' offer is a promotion with conditions. It excludes the establishment card, medical, Emirates ID and status change.
- Agencies disagree on how many visas fit on a flexi desk (3 or 6).
- IFZA sells through professional partners, so quotes vary by agent.
Not published
We could not find these on the sources we read: the number of visas without an office, the renewal price, the rules for trading on the mainland.
