Side by side

Know before you choose

  • Official tariff not read: dubaisouth.ae pages loaded without a tariff. Prices come from dubaisouthbh.com, which presents itself as Dubai South Business Hub Free Zone; its operator was not confirmed from dubaisouth.ae, so it is recorded as 'other'.
  • The 'limited time' offer has no end date shown.
  • A third-party guide says Dubai South also has a direct tariff (licence AED 10,000 a year) and visa fees; not confirmed on any Dubai South page and not used.
  • The DSBH renewal blog says a maximum of two visa allocations is available on its packages.

Not published

We could not find these on the sources we read: visa and one-time fees, the number of visas without an office, the rules for trading on the mainland.
